Haadson Resort Khaolak was conceived as a modern Thai style retreat and co-designed between Thai and German architects. Haad Son Beach Resort is located in Khao Lak in the South Western province of Phang-Nga and offers a truly unique setting on Bangsak Beach, where it covers 9 acres of unspoiled tropical casuarina forest and coconut plantation, including a beach front island and lake.

Had Son Beach Resort is centrally located, just 15 minutes from Khaolak centre and 15 minutes from Takuapa Town. The traveling time from Phuket International Airport is 60 minutes by car.

Haadson Resort has a total of 39 guest rooms with 5 Coconut Villas each with 4 individual guest rooms located in a coconut field close to Bangsak Beach. The 10 Island Villas are located on a beach front island while 9 Lakeside Villas are built on the mainland side. Island and Lakeside Villas sit on the waters edge and have direct access to the lake, while the 20 guest rooms of the Coconut Villas look to the lake and have garden views.

Haad Son Khaolak Resort achieves very simple, uncluttered, stylised, yet highly comfortable spaces. The emphasis has been placed on the material choice and colours for the interiors and the furnishings. All guest rooms have either twin beds or one King-size bed without the traditional blankets, but with comforters.

At Had Son Khao Lak Resort, every room has a private balcony with timber chairs and side table. Individual air-conditioner, satellite TV, safety deposit box and a mini bar with complimentary tea/coffee and drinking water adds to the overall convenience. The open-styled bathrooms are uniquely planned with windows that open out into the room, bathrobes and hairdryer are provided.

Haad Son Resort's swimming pool defines the underlying theme of the resort: simplicity and serenity. The pool is of a simple rectangular shape and the handmade ceramic tiles reflect the surrounding greenery. The extravagantly sized timber sundeck is perfect for relaxation. The wonderful ambience of the design and Haadson Khaolak Resort's high standard of service adds to a wonderful holiday experience on Bang Sak Beach of Khao Lak.

Haadson Resort's massage facilities consist of 3 open air pavilions located on the island and nestled in the landscape. Guests can enjoy a variety of traditional Thai Massage therapies.

Adjacent to our lobby on Bangsak Beach is our library, where guests can enjoy the comforts of our daybed while reading and relaxing, or even have a light snack while playing board games or using the internet. A small section of our library has a selection of local products for sale.

The Terrace Restaurant overlooks Bang Sak Beach and consists of 2 open style Salas with a large timber deck that can seat up to 60 persons. All meals, contemporary Thai and International cuisine, are served at the Terrace Restaurant, and guest can choose to dine in the Sala or on the open-air deck.

Haad Son Resort's Terrace Bar of the resort is next to the restaurant, and makes great use of the large timber deck to serve alcohol, coffee, refreshments, and light snacks. The bar provides a relaxing chill-out space for guest.

Hadson Bangsak Resort runs its own tour counter, where guests can plan their excursions, be it boating on the lake, diving trips to Koh Similan Islands or Koh Surin Islands, trekking in Khao Sok National Parks or Sri Phang-nga National Parks, shopping in Khaolak or just rent a mountainbike or motorbike to explore the surroundings of Khao Lak on their own.
