We received a serious complaint from guests staying in this hotel in Februaruy 2008. The hotel was overbooked and they were accommodated throughout their stay in rooms of lower category as they booked and paid for and in no way compensated by the hotel.

As the guests reported, that this was not a single case, we will not accept any bookings for Suwan Palm Resort and highly recommend to decide for another hotel.
